The design of our beloved Floral Tribute dress is a copy of an authentic rationed premier 11011 or "double elevens" dress, resulting in a classic 1940s silhouette with a flowy, feminine skirt. The Daisy Bubble print is carefully replicated from some original forties fabric from our collection. Yellow flowers and pink and green bubble motifs dance on a pale grey background, making this piece perfect for a summer’s day afternoon tea.
- Soft gathers into the bust cups and an inverted V waist seam that extends to the sides to create an accurate 40s silhouette
- Full skirt that has plenty of swing
- Straight 3/4 sleeves on the upper arm
- Horizontal broad tuck detail to the bodice, which has a double loop tie which can be tied in a bow or knotted as you prefer
